Vernadine Mary Doll

Vernadine Mary Doll, age 72, passed away on August 2, 2023 at Mayo Clinic Health System, La Crosse.

Vernadine was born in La Crosse on September 21, 1950, to Vernon J. and Muriel (Gasper) Doll. She was a graduate of Aquinas High School and the University of Wisconsin La Crosse. Vernadine won State awards for her art. She had a career in farming on her property in Crawford Co.

She is survived by her mother Muriel, her sisters Virginia (Charles) Weiner, Marian (Dennis Schultz) Doll, brothers Jerry (fiancé Diane Botcher) Doll, Steve (Jill) Doll, nine nieces and nephews, seventeen great-nieces and nephews and other relatives. She was preceded in death by her father Vernon, sister in law Linda Doll, grandparents Helen and William Gasper and Mary and Edward Doll.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 a.m. on Saturday, August 5, 2023 in the Marian Chapel of the Cathedral of St. Joseph the Workman, La Crosse. Monsignor Richard Gilles will officiate. Burial will take place at a later date. Friends may call on the family Saturday morning at the church from 9:30 a.m. until the time of services.
