Sandra K. Elliott

Sandra Kay Elliott, 80, of La Crosse, WI passed away on Saturday, April 12, 2025 at Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse. She was born on June 28, 1944 and raised by her mother Shirlie Hanson and her grandfather Hollice Helland. She worked in health care for 45 years, 25 of those years spent with the Springer family, especially Alex. She loved animals (especially cats), gardening, fishing and the Green Bay Packers. She also enjoyed spending time with her family and had a special bond with her granddaughter, MacKenzie.

She is survived by a son Kevin (Kari) Hanson, a daughter Tammy (Chad) Lewis, granddaughter, MacKenzie. Preceded in death by her parents, her husband Gerald and her beloved dogs Fred, Barney and Riley.

Memorial services will be held at 11:00 AM on Thursday, April 17, 2025 at Schumacher – Kish Funeral Home, 200 West Ave. S. Rev. Marty Yeager will officiate. Visitation will be held at the funeral home on Thursday from 10 AM until the time of service. Burial will be held at a later date.
