Ruth Ann Lundgren

Ruth Ann Lundgren, 86, of West Salem, died on Friday, March 21, 2025 at the Bethany St. Joseph Care Center in La Crosse. She was born on October 29, 1938 in Onalaska, WI to Earl and Jean (Shove) Hohmann. She married Jack Lundgren on June 6, 1959 in First Lutheran Church, Onalaska. Ruth had worked as an Avon representative for many years and then worked at Sears until her retirement. She enjoyed walking with her husband Jack and her friends at the Mall every morning.

She is survived by two daughters, Lisa (Roy) Black and Robin Lundgren, five grandchildren, Samantha, Emily, Megan and Matthew Black, and Casey Lundgren, a sister-in-law Donia (Charles) Lenser, and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Jack in 2011, her parents, and a brother Gerald Hohmann.

A private family service will be held.
