Rose Mary Linzmeyer

Rose Mary Linzmeyer, of Onalaska passed away on March 27, 2021. She was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on January 17, 1930 to Archie and Elizabeth (Dickey) Lederle and was a 1948 graduate of Holy Angels High School. After graduating from Marquette University in 1952 she worked for JC Penny for three years during which time she visited 41 of the United States. She was married on September 29, 1957 in Milwaukee to Robert Linzmeyer.

Rose Mary enjoyed knitting, crocheting & needlepoint, bird watching, growing house plants, canning, traveling and spending time with her family and friends. She was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church, Grafton, St. Paul's Catholic Church, Port Washington and most recently St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, Onalaska.

Rose Mary is survived by her sons Charles (Vicki) and Joseph (Lori), her sister Mary ‘Libbie’ McKean; grandchildren Jessica, Ryan, Anna & Kelsey; great grandchildren Sareli, Jaylee and Hadley and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband Robert, infant son Robert, her brother Archie and sisters Frances and Margaret.

A private family funeral service will be held at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church in Onalaska.
