Rev. Curtis J. Blair

Rev. Curtis J. Blair, 70, of La Crosse passed away on Saturday, December 17, 2022 at his home.  He was born in Minneapolis, MN., on October 26, 1952 to Woodrow and Adelle (Wirth) Blair. He married Wyonne K. Masica in Osseo, MN., on July 20, 1974.

Curt was a Godly man who served God and others as a Pastor for 39 years. He loved his wife Wyonne of over 48 years of marriage. In addition to his wife Wyonne, he is survived by his daughter Denae M. (Rev. Steven M.) Larrabee. He loved his family and enjoyed many wonderful vacations and events with them. His pride and joy were his grandchildren; Miro Larrabee, Kamilla Larrabee, Josiah Larrabee and Jaxxton Larrabee. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two brothers Gerald and Merlin Blair and one nephew Adam Blair.

Curt’s laughter and joking attitude were so contagious and he brought a smile to everyone around him. We’re celebrating his life here on earth, but also his new life in heaven.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 A.M. on Friday, December 23, 2022 at The Community Church of the Nazarene; 1831 George St. La Crosse WI. 54603. Rev. Steven Larrabee will officiate. Burial with military honors provided by American Legion Post 52 La Crosse will take place in Woodlawn North Cemetery, La Crosse.  Visitation will be held on Thursday evening from 4:00 P.M. until 7:00 P.M. at Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services La Crosse chapel; 200 West Ave. S. Visitation will continue at the church on Friday morning from 10:00 A.M. until the time of services
