Nancy E. Steers

Nancy (Gudgeon) Steers passed away peacefully on November 23, 2024 at Rolling Hills Nursing Home in Sparta WI. Nancy was born on January 22, 1958. She focused all of her time and energy on her children and grandchildren.

She is survived by her husband: Leroy Steers; daughters: Rosemary Schmidt (Erik), Jennifer Gudgeon, and Elizabeth Moore (Chris); grandchildren: Ethan Jacobson, Dylan Jacobson, Sabrina Cina, Hunter Cina, Christopher Benson, Carson Meier, Serena Moore. She is also survived by her sister: Carolyn (Roger) Benson and many nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her parents: Harold and Erma Gudgeon (Clarke) and her step-father: Rev. John Clarke.

Funeral services will be held Friday, November 29, 2024 at Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home, 200 West Avenue S., La Crosse, WI 54601. Visitation will be from 10:00 AM until the time of the service at 11:00 AM. Burial will be take place at Home Cemetery in Cashton, WI.
