Marian Anita Tepp, 90, of La Crosse passed away Saturday, February 8, 2025, at Eagle Crest South in La Crosse, WI.

Marian was born in La Crosse, WI on November 25, 1934 to Herbert M and Naomi R (Koontz) Becker. She grew up and attended St. Peter’s school in Hokah, MN. After her high school graduation in 1952 she enrolled at St Francis School of Nursing and graduated with an RN degree in 1955. After graduation Marian worked for Franciscan Skemp until 1981. On October 30, 1965 she married David Tepp at St. Peter’s Catholic Church in Hokah, MN.

Marian is survived by her sons Paul Tepp and Jason (Dafney) Tepp, grandchildren Luke Tepp, Parker (Paige) Tepp, Ella Tepp and Avery Tepp, great grandchild Adrienne Tepp, siblings Janet Ideker, Dorthy Glibert, and Herbert Becker, as well as many other family, friends, and neighbors. 

She was preceded in death by her husband David, her parents Herbert M. and Naomi Becker, and sister Irene Suchla. 

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11 a.m. Friday, February 21, at Blessed Sacrament Catholic Church in La Crosse. Father Samuel McCarty will officiate. Following the service lunch will be held at Blessed Sacrament followed by burial in Gate of Heaven Cemetery. Family and friends may call from 10 a.m. until the time of service Friday at the church.
