Linda Ann Euler

Linda Ann Euler, 71, of La Crosse, passed away at the Gundersen Health System in La Crosse on Wednesday, June 10, 2020.

She was born July 31, 1948, in La Crosse, WI, to the late John C. Euler and the late Irene (Roth-Euler) Bell. Linda worked at Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center for over 30 years as a Central Service Technician. She was also a life-long member of the Holy Trinity Catholic Church. Linda enjoyed stamp booking with her friends, spending time with her family, and special visits with Little John, Niyha, and Leni. Linda holds a special place in all of our hearts for being the mother to all of Michael’s children after Judith suddenly passed away at a young age.

Aunts have no wands or angel wings,

So, you worked with wisdom, love, and things.

Having taken on this special role,

You loved us right down to our fortunate souls.

We chose a star in the sky at night

To say a prayer in the night’s bright light.

You’re in God’s Heaven and no longer in pain,

In our thoughts, you will always remain.

Linda is survived by her siblings, Michael Euler of La Crosse, Philip (Jackie) Euler, of Milwaukee, Rosalie (Wallace) Hanson of La Crosse, and Marie Johnson of Milwaukee, and many nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews, along with special friends, Ginny and Ellen.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents, her brothers John Euler, Dwayne Roberts, and Arlie Roberts, her sister-in-law, Judith Euler, along with nephews, Billy and Jeffrey Euler, and Roy Hanson.

A special thanks to the caring staff on the 6th floor Legacy at Gundersen Health System, the wonderful social worker, Ashley, at Bethany-Riverside, and to her niece, Debra, and friend, Ginny for comforting her during her final days.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m., Thursday, June 18 ^th , at Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services of La Crosse. Rev. Billy Dodge will officiate. Entombment will follow in St. Joseph Mausoleum in the Catholic Cemetery. Family and friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service. All guests will be asked to observe social distancing guidelines while in attendance.
