A beloved mother, daughter, sister, niece, cousin and friend, Kerrie Jean Hauser left this world unexpectedly, at 49, on Dec. 24, 2019. Born in Phoenix, Ariz. on Nov. 13, 1970 to David and Connie (Herold) Hauser, Kerrie grew up in South eastern Minnesota, in the La Crescent, Hokah, Houston areas, where she attended Houston Elementary School and Caledonia High School before enlisting in the Air Force in 1987 and serving her country for 20 years.
Kerrie was employed for the past 15 years with the Army Corps of Engineers in La Crescent, MN as a Project Manager. Kerrie was a lover of her church, family and animals, she enjoyed working with children, animals, and nature. She was funny, outgoing and loving, but she was also strong and decisive. She was a symbol of kindness and grace; she was fiercely loyal to her family and friends. We will always remember her infectious smile, piercing blue eyes and caring personality. Her presence in our lives will be sorely missed.
