Kenneth W. Cook, 84, of Holmen, WI passed away on Monday, April 10, 2017 at Gundersen Health System in La Crosse. He was born on March 30, 1933 in La Crosse to Neville and Thelma (Weaver) Cook.

We lost a very special man. Ken meant so much to so many and will be greatly missed. He was a loving and loyal husband, father, grandfather and brother. He will always be remembered for his quick wit and spunk.

Ken is survived by his wife Helen, his daughters Donna Stamper and Julie (Nick) Morello, four grandchildren, three brothers Ray (Bev) Cook, Roger (Mary) Cook and Gordon (Kathy) Cook. He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister Arlene Wiese and a brother Robert Cook.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM on Tuesday, April 18, 2017 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church, 1031 Main St., Onalaska. Msgr. Steven Kachel will officiate. Burial will follow in the Catholic Cemetery in La Crosse. Friends may call at the church on Tuesday from 9:30 AM until the time of service. The Schumacher – Kish Funeral & Cremation Services, Onalaska Chapel is assisting the family.
