Katherine “Kathy” R. Littlejohn, 58, of Black River Falls, passed away peacefully surrounded by her loved ones at Gundersen Health System on March 7, 2025. She lived in Hokah, grew up in La Crosse, and resided in Black River Falls later in life.

 A cheerful person, she loved to joke around, had a radiant smile for all, and showed affection to everyone she met. Her grandchildren, children, and family were cherished by her more than anything else. Attending powwows brought her joy, as she enjoyed the music, conversing with people, and savoring delicious food. Bingo was another activity she liked, along with playing darts, shooting pool, playing cards with her family, horseback riding, hunting, fishing, four-wheeling, and crafting. Her dogs were dear to her, and anyone who knew her was aware of her passion for scary stories and shows.

Katherine may not have had much, but she always managed to find a way to give gifts to everybody.

She is going home now to enjoy the company with her parents: Delores (Hunter) Littlejohn and Warren Littlejohn Sr.; Brothers: Howard, Warren Jr., Douglas, Jeffrey, and Robert M. Lieb, and all the loved ones who are eagerly anticipating her arrival.

She is survived by her children: Colin, Adina, Donovan, Haley, and Davis; Grandchildren: Keahna, Isaac, Pandora, Marley, Jocelyn, Saphyre, Evelyn, Aubree, Demi, and Ada; Sisters: Mary and Tina; and her brother Dale.

A visitation for family and friends will be held Monday, March 10, 2025 at Schumacher-Kish, La Crosse from 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM. Funeral service will be held at 12:00 PM. Burial will take place at Spring Grove Cemetery in Wisconsin Dells at 2:30 PM.
