Judy Johnson, 70, of Wisconsin Dells, WI, went to be with Jesus and those who had gone before her, on April 29, 2024, at St. Mary's Hospital in Madison after a long battle with complications due to polycystic kidney disease.
Judy was born to Gordon and Doris (Olson) Johnson at St. Mary’s hospital in Duluth, MN, on March 23, 1954. She grew up in Northern Minnesota and graduated from William Kelley High School in Silver Bay, MN in 1972. She then pursued degrees in Realty and Interior Design. Also, just prior to her death, she had returned to college for a degree in Supply Chain Management.
Judy had several jobs throughout her life, but her favorite "job" was being a mother and grandmother. She loved her significant other (Buck), her children, her grandchildren and the rest of her family deeply. She had a kind, caring, and compassionate heart and was always willing to help others. She loved decorating and baking—and was talented at both. Her kindness and generosity led her to enjoy celebrating people's birthdays by making and decorating cakes—plus decorating for any festivities. Each sunset in the summer, Judy and Buck would go for an evening drive, stopping by a river or lake to enjoy the scenery and time together.
Judy was preceded in death by her parents, Gordon and Doris Johnson; her sister, Yvonne Rhoades; and her brothers-in law: Michael Oswald and James Rhoades.
Judy is survived by her significant other Eddie (Buck) Robison; her children: Kael (Jen) Clemmerson, Kent (Marie) Clemmerson, Kris (Dustin) Stricklin; her grandchildren: Nick (Kailee) Clemmerson, Tanner Olson, Dazlen Williams, Charles Clemmerson, Zoe Clemmerson, Edmund Clemmerson, Michael Stricklin, Priscilla Stricklin; her first great-granddaughter--Nikia Clemmerson; her brothers: Chris (Diane) Johnson, Richard (Nancy) Johnson; sisters: Mary Oswald, Caryn Johnson (Carl Friedel); her much-loved, spunky kitty, Habanero; and numerous other family and friends.
