Jason Matthew Pupp, 46, of La Crosse passed away suddenly on Thursday, September 26, 2019 from complications of an epileptic seizure. He was born in Marshfield, Wisconsin on March 29, 1973 to Larry and Cathleen (Arndt) Pupp. He grew up outside of Houston, Minnesota and graduated from Houston High School. He attended Winona State University. He received his CDL license from CRST Training Center-Cedar Rapids, Iowa. He was employed as a truck driver for Roehl and pursued jobs at Nelson Muffler and most recently Logistics Health Incorporated. He was known for being very intelligent, loved to read books, and enjoyed computers and gaming with friends.
Jason is survived by his parents Larry and Cathleen Pupp; his siblings, Charity (Travis) George, Zachary Pupp, Nathaniel (Emily) Pupp, Nicholas Pupp (fiancé Jamie Kennedy), Kaleb Pupp, Neveah Pupp, nieces and nephews Samarra, Brooklynn, Jaden, and Korissa, and his estranged wife Davina Pupp.
A visitation will be held on October 12, 2019 from 10:00 am-11:30, with a prayer service at 11:30 at Prince of Peace Lutheran Church, 21 N Hill St, La Crescent, Minnesota. Pastor Mike Woods will officiate. Friends may call on the family from 10 a.m. until the time of services on Saturday morning at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family will be used in Jason’s memory.
