Eleanor Marie Redlin

Eleanor Marie Redlin passed away Saturday, April 22, 2023, at home with family in Plano, Texas.

She was born July 8, 1924 in La Crosse to Wilbur and Nora (Foss) Albrechtson, graduated from Central High School in 1942 and married Edward J. Redlin in 1947. She was a mother, housewife, hospital volunteer and enjoyed china painting as a hobby.

Eleanor is survived by five children, Bruce J. Redlin of San Diego, CA, Joan M. (Tom) Marttala of Munroe Falls, OH, Barbara A. Scott of San Diego, Brian D. Redlin of Plano and Jonathan L. Redlin of Allen TX; two grandchildren, Angela R. Scott of Los Angeles CA and Kayla M. (Brandon) Collins of Beach City, OH and two great grandchildren, Oliver T. Collins and Elina S. Collins. She is also survived by sister Janice R. Tronick of La Crosse and several nieces and nephews.

She was preceded in death by her husband Edward, brothers Bill and Norris Albrechtson and sisters Lucille Gees and Dororthy Beardmore.

Graveside services will be held at 1:30 P.M. Friday, April 28 ^th at Oak Grove Cemetery in La Crosse with Pastor Martin Yeager officiating. Schumacher-Kish funeral home assisting the family with arrangements.
