Edward Lee Sallander

Edward Lee Sallander, 63, of Rockland, WI, died on Friday, September 29, 2017 at the Tomah VA Medical Center. He was born on February 23, 1954 in La Crosse to Richard and Harriet (McDowell) Sallander. Edward served for 20 years with the US Navy and also worked for the US Postal Service. He enjoyed building wooden boat models, and games of all types, especially board and card games.

He is survived by his wife of forty years, Linda, a son Alex Sallander, a daughter Beth (Wayne) Sallander-McNichols, two grandchildren, Jesicka and Trevor, two brothers, Don (Bonita) Sallander and Charles (Kathy) Sallander, a sister Roberta (Randy) Knight, and nieces and nephews; Jason, Justin, Jesse and Megan. He was preceded in death by his parents.
