Dustin R. Kennedy

Dustin R. Kennedy, 50, of La Crescent, MN died Friday, February 4 ^th , 2022. He was born in Boscobel, WI to Ronald and Rachel Kennedy. He grew up in La Crescent, MN and graduated from La Crescent High School and would later go on to get his Bachelor’s Degree from Viterbo University. Dustin married Melanie (Unnasch) Holter in March of 1995. They had 3 children, Griffin, Marissa and Braden, and later divorced. Dustin worked for The Company Store, Trane Company, and CenturyLink. Dustin was most proud of playing guitar in various bands in the La Crosse, WI area. He enjoyed being on the water, going to the movies, and anything and everything rock music.

He is survived by his sons, Griffin and Braden; and his daughter, Marissa. He is also survived by his parents, Ronald and Rachel Kennedy; siblings, Kelly (Ronda) Kennedy, Skylar Kennedy, and Krystal Kennedy; his nieces and nephew; as well as many relatives and friends.

A memorial gathering will be held from 5:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 10, 2022, at Schumacher- Kish Funeral and Cremation Services of La Crescent, 111 S Oak St., La Crescent, MN 55947.
