Daniel K. "Dobe" Krueger

Daniel “Dobe” Kurt Krueger age 60, passed away at his home in La Crescent, MN, on Friday, February 12, 2021 after battling pancreatic cancer for over two years. He was born on November 19, 1960 and raised in Sparta, Wisconsin. Dobe joined the Army National Guard immediately following high school and continued his devoted service for over 20 years retiring as a Master Sergeant. He worked in the transportation industry for the majority of his life retiring as safety manager at Ready Bus Company in 2020. He had a passion for camping, boating, watching hockey, hunting and spending time with family and friends. He will be greatly missed by the lives that he touched throughout his unforgettable legacy.

He was preceded in death by his parents Harold and Lucy Krueger; sister Mary Kressin and brother Karl Krueger; as well as his father-in-law Lloyd Stiehl. Dobe is survived by his loving wife of 37 years, Cindy Krueger, his two children Stiehl (Amy) Krueger, Ashton (Matthew) Frank and his two grandchildren Emma Frank and Archer Krueger. Also surviving, his two brothers Tom Krueger, Steve Krueger and his sister Sue Kast.

A private ceremony will be held with immediate family and a celebration of life will be planned for the Summer of 2021.
