Cecile M. Pralle, 60, of Mindoro, Wis., and formerly of Onalaska, passed away on Tuesday, March 13, 2018, at the Mayo Clinic Heath System in La Crosse.
She was born in Beloit, Wis., on November 20, 1957, to Joseph and Verna (Bartovick) Huber. She married Timothy P. Pralle on January 8, 1977, at St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Onalaska.
Cecile and Tim operated the Ben Franklin Store in Holmen for fifteen years. After the store’s closing, Cecile worked for the Bank of Holmen, now Park Bank, for many years until retiring.
Cecile was a devoted Christian wife and mother who adored her granddaughter, Pandy. She was a long-time member of St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church in Onalaska where she made many close friends in her Bible study group over the years. In her free time, Cecile enjoyed antiquing, something she was very passionate about.
Cecile is survived by her husband, Tim; her sons, Damien (Cassandra) Pralle and Gabriel Pralle, both of Mindoro; her granddaughter, Pandora, of La Crosse; her siblings, Joseph Huber of La Crosse, Georgia Franke of La Crosse and Rose (Ken) Korish of Mauston, Wis.; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, John Huber.
Funeral services will be held at 12:00 p.m., Saturday, March 17 th , at St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church, 1201 Main St., Onalaska. Pastor William Bader will officiate. Burial will take place in Burns Cemetery in rural Bangor. Family and friends may call from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service on Saturday at the church.
