Carol F. Marshall, 99, of La Crosse, WI passed away peacefully on Sunday, April 4, 2021 with family by her side. Carol was born on September 25, 1921, in Fond du Lac, Wisconsin. Her parents were farmers, Carl and Ruth (Marschner) Streblow. She graduated from St Agnes School of Nursing in Fond du Lac. Her first job in nursing took her to Española Hospital in New Mexico, where she met and married Roy Marshall on Easter Sunday, April 5, 1953. They moved to La Crosse, WI after their daughter Sharon arrived. Carol went on to work as a nurse in the Urology Department for 38 years at the La Crosse Lutheran Hospital.

Carol loved her children, grandchildren and great-grandchildren very much. Carol had a strong bond with her sisters and many nieces and nephews that she loved dearly. She was preceded in death by her husband, Roy; her brother Joseph and her daughter Sharon Earp. Carol is survived by her sisters, Emily Hazelton of La Crosse, WI; Lois Whitby of Dallas, TX; son, Dean (Amy) Marshall of Santa Barbara, CA; grandchildren, Nichole (Derrick) Dawson of La Crosse, WI; Jeremy (Paula) Earp of Lutz, FL; great-grandchildren, Dylan, Katelyn, Evan, Samantha, Natalie and her son-in-law, Steve Earp. She loved to travel and had many great excursions with her family to everywhere from New York to New Guinea.

Carol dedicated her life to her Lord, Jesus Christ and now rests in his arms. She was a devoted member of the River of Life Assembly of God Church where she had many wonderful friends. Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM on Friday, April 16, 2021 at River of Life Assembly of God, 1214 County Rd PH, Onalaska, WI. Pastor Jacob Wallace will officiate. Burial will be in Mormon Coulee Memorial Park.
