Amy M Myers

Amy M. Myers, 51 of La Crosse passed away on Tuesday, May 2, 2017 at her Northside La Crosse home. She was born on the first day of spring, March 20, 1966 in Dodgeville, WI to Dennis and Diane (Cook) Myers.

Amy grew up and resided in La Crosse for most of her life. She graduated from Logan High School, where she enjoyed being a member of the Logan Band. She learned to play many instruments and was very musically inclined. Amy married William Dolan and together they had a son, Jesse. They later divorced.

Amy enjoyed being the most entertaining person in the room, always trying to help others. Some of her memories include swimming at the family boathouse, as well as family camping and trips to Wisconsin Dells. Anyone who knows Amy would say her greatest accomplishment was raising her son. She loved collecting pretty rocks and trinkets to beautify her home. Her hobbies included playing the piano and flute.

Amy is survived by her parents, Dennis and Diane Myers; as well as her son, Jesse Dolan all of La Crosse; her sister, Julie Myers of San Diego, CA; two brothers, Brett (Leah) Myers and Brady (Carlie) Myers both of La Crosse. She is further survived by aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews and cousins. Amy is preceded in death by her grandparents, Loyal and Anita Myers and Gordon and Fern Cook.

A private service for family and close friends will be held at a later date.
