Patricia Ann Pierce

Patricia A. “Pat” Pierce, 69 of Onalaska, Wis., passed away on Saturday, March 18, 2017 at the Methodist Hospital in Rochester, Minn.   She was born on August 25, 1947 in La Crosse, Wis. to Henry and Lois (Moody) Page. She married Kenneth Pierce on August 17, 1968 and he preceded her in death in 2007.

Pat was a graduate of Onalaska High School and then attended Beauty School in La Crosse, WI. She then worked for La Crosse Footwear for 25 years until she retired.

Pat was a strong Christian woman with a big heart of gold and selfless nature. She was passionate about Jesus Christ, her family, cooking, sharing recipes, donating her time at First Free Church & spending time with friends and wonderful ladies from her prayer group.

Our family would like to extend our warmest appreciation and gratitude for the nursing staff & care teams at Mayo Clinic – Rochester Methodist for their unparalleled dedication and compassion with the care of our mother.

Pat was survived by her two sons Dan (Susan) & Chris, five grandchildren, Brandon, Jackson, Dalton, Kaleb & Kaden; brothers, Larry (Dorothy), Hank (Anita), Gary and sister, Debbie.

Pat was preceded in death by her husband Kenneth; father, Henry; mother, Lois; & sister, Sharon.

Funeral services will be held at 12 noon on Thursday, March 23, 2017 at First Evangelical Free Church; 123 Mason St., Onalaska. Pastor Sam Gallegos will officiate. Burial will follow in the Onalaska City Cemetery. Friends may call on the family Thursday morning at the church from 10am until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred and will be used in Pat’s memory.
