Dolores K. Kallenbach

Dolores K. Kallenbach, 94 of La Crosse passed away at her home on Thursday, February 2, 2017. She was born in La Crosse on August 5, 1922 to Joseph and Hildegard (Halbach) Moulis, Sr. and graduated from Logan High School.

On August 31, 1940, she married Robert H. Kallenbach, Sr. and he preceded her in death on January 5, 1993, she was also preceded in death by her son, Robert H. Kallenbach, Jr. on February 15, 1993. Dolores’ family meant the world to her and she loved every minute of being a mom and wife. She enjoyed cooking and baking cookies for her children as well taking family trips. She also enjoyed meeting with her surviving classmates of the Holy Trinity School class of 1936 on a regular basis.

Dolores is survived by her daughter; Marjorie Kallenbach of La Crosse; a sister, Eldora Panschow and a brother, Dennis Moulis both of La Crosse along with many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. In addition to her husband and son; she was preceded in death by three brothers, Bill, Joseph, Jr. and Thomas Moulis; and a sister, Caroline Driscoll.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday, February 7 ^th at Holy Trinity Catholic Church with Rev. Lawrence B. Berger officiating. Burial will follow in Catholic Cemetery. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 9:30 AM until the time of services at the church.
