Bill had a zest for life. He enjoyed flying airplanes and riding his Harley Davidson motorcycle when he was young. He participated in the "Shoot Your Age " golf tournament at The Villages in Florida when he was in his early nineties. There he met Arnold Palmer, which was a thrill for him. His nickname was "twinkle toes" because he was such a good dancer and all the ladies loved to be his partner! His zest for life was infectious!
