Timothy J. Weber

Timothy J. Weber, 68 of La Crosse passed away on Saturday, September 17, 2016 at the Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse. He was born August 23, 1948 in La Crosse to Joseph and Aletta (Werel) Weber.
Tim loved to watch the Packers, Brewers and Badgers. He enjoyed playing softball for many area teams, especially for the Wunder Bar, and trying his luck with the lottery. Tim was frequently seen riding his bicycle around town.
Survivors include his brother; Mark (Lisa) Weber of Onalaska; his special friend, Evie; a brother-in-law, Lyle Strauss of La Crosse; a sister-in-law, Joyce Weber of La Crosse; three nieces, Sue (Jim) Burrington of La Crosse, Cassy (fiance’ Ty Grabitske) Weber of Sparta and Alexa (Christopher) Bauer of Onalaska; five nephews, John (Teresa) Strauss of Des Moines, IA, Jim (Linda) Strauss of North Carolina, Joshua (Stephanie) Weber of Milwaukee, Joe Strauss of La Crosse and Joe (Anne) Weber of Virginia. He was preceded in death by his parents; a sister, Judith Strauss and a brother, Michael Weber.
Tim’s family would like to extend a sincere thank you to the staff at Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse especially the cancer center staff for their devoted care and support.
A memorial prayer service will be held at 4:00 P.M. Friday, September 23rd at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services of La Crosse with Deacon Richard Sage officiating. Visitation will be held on Friday from 3:00 P.M. until the time of the prayer service. A celebration of Tim’s life will also be held on Saturday, September 24th from 1-4 PM at the Arterial Tavern, 1003 S. 16th Street in La Crosse.
