Beverly Joyce (Valentine) Pralle, 86, of Onalaska, was called to her heavenly home, prepared for her by her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, on Thursday, March 17, 2016.
She was born on September 9, 1929, to Clair and Ida (Dansberry) Valentine. She was united in the blessing of marriage to Lester J. Pralle on September 16, 1950. They were blessed with three children, eleven grandchildren, seven great-grandchildren and one step great-grandson.
Beverly is parted from her family for a little while – her children, Diane (Douglas) Beitlich, Jeffery (Johanna) Pralle, and Suzanne (Douglas) Stallman; her grandchildren, Dana (Paul) Hoffman, Lisa (Carlos) Carcamo, Maria (Phillip) Johnson, Elizabeth (Dallas) Bruring, Caleb, Joshua and Andrew Pralle, Joseph (Aarica) Stallman, Heather (Noah) Karow, Mary Stallman, and Ruth (Ted) Halderson; her seven great-grandchildren, Lucius, Alette and Beau Stallman, Harper and Rayce Bruring, Henry Lester Karow, and Niko Carcamo; and her step great-grandson, Dakota Hoffman. She is also survived by a brother, Clair W. (Beverly) Valentine; two brothers-in-law, Bernard Pralle and Allan Loose; and several nieces and nephews. Beverly was preceded in death by her husband, Lester, on August 31, 2015, and her sister, Joan Loose.
Beverly was an amazing lady who touched many lives and was also touched by others. Her compassionate love and caring for others was well known. She openly shared her Christian faith and her love of her Savior Jesus.
Funeral services will be held at 4:00 p.m., Sunday, March 20th, at St. Paul’s Ev. Lutheran Church, 1201 Main St., Onalaska, with a reception to follow the service in the church’s fellowship hall. Pastor William Bader and Pastor Norris Baumann will officiate. Private family burial will take place in Mormon Coulee Memorial Park, La Crosse. Family and friends may call from 2:30 p.m. until the time of service on Sunday at the church. Memorials may be directed to Luther High School, St. Paul’s Lutheran Church and School, Time of Grace Television Ministry, or the Jesus Cares Ministry, Inc.
