Nancy M. Holthause

Nancy M. Holthaus, 82 of La Crosse, passed away unexpectedly at home on Friday, December 11, 2015. She was born in La Crosse on April 28, 1933 to Edgar and Marie (Lepsch) Eeg. She was a 1951 graduate of Aquinas High School and on October 10, 1953 she married Lloyd Holthaus in La Crosse and they later divorced. Nancy will be remembered as a loving mother, a good friend and very special person.
She is survived by her daughter Debra Robinson of La Crosse, her son Greg Holthaus of Bloomington, MN, eight grandchildren; Amy, Matthew, Jason, Cody, Andrew, Ryan, Tyler, Payton, five great grandchildren; Nicholas, Tyler, Jacob, Sophia and Preston; one brother Edward Eeg of Racine, WI, her sons in law Ross Williams of Onalaska and Thomas Sweeney of La Crosse. She is further survived by several nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two daughters Julie Williams and Susan Sweeney.
There will be no services at this time per Nancy’s request. The Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services La Crosse chapel is assisting the family with arrangements. The family asks that memorials be directed to either the American Cancer Society or the Coulee Region Humane Society.
