Timothy A. Fugate

Timothy A. Fugate, 55 of West Allis, WI and formerly of Onalaska, died at his home on Wednesday, November 25, 2015. He was born in Clinton, IA on June 29, 1960 to William and Donna (Johansen) Fugate, Jr. and graduated from Onalaska High School in 1978. He married Donna Duncan and they later divorced. Tim had worked at the Krueger Bearings Co. as a machinist from 2006 until the time of his passing.
Tim is survived by his parents, William and Donna Fugate of La Crosse, WI; two brothers, Kenneth (Jacqueline) Fugate of Des Moines, IA and Matthew (Janine) Fugate of Minneapolis; a special aunt, Susan Johansen of La Crosse, WI; several nieces and nephews and his many friends in West Allis, including his fiancés son, Colton Grundy. He was preceded in death by his fiancé, Melissa Servidas and his grandparents.
Memorial services will be held at 2:00 PM Saturday, December 19th at the First Baptist Church, 2020 N. 3rd Street, Clinton IA with Pastor Ron Lott officiating. Visitation will be held at the church on Saturday from 1:00 PM until the time of services. Burial will take place in the Clinton Memorial Cemetery at a later date. Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services of La Crosse is assisting the family.
