Charles "Tony" Parsneau

Charles A. “Tony” Parsneau, 50, left us on Wednesday, November 25, 2015. Our family and this world could not have had a more beautiful person to be with and love for so many years.
Tony was born in Louisville, KY on August 29, 1965. Born with Spina Bifada and many other problems, Tony spent most of his first 18 years in hospitals and nursing homes. In 1983, Tony was adopted into our family and came to Wisconsin. He graduated from G.E.T. High School in Galesville and worked at ORC and even had his own apartment for a while. From then until now he had lived in a group home in La Crosse. Tony enjoyed life in spite of his many problems. He enjoyed his KISS music and all his collections.
Tony will be greatly missed by all who knew him, but mostly by his huge family he joined in 1983, which are, his parents, John and Julie Parsneau of Ormond Beach, FL, his brothers and sisters, Connie (Tim) Juan and Denise Urban of La Crosse, Jeanne Rogers of Florida, David and Alan Urban of California, John (Jenn) Parsneau , Jeff, Jenna, and Tevy Parsneau of Onalaska, Shakeel Parsneau of Holmen, Juliana (Ousmane) Yo and Rhonda Parsneau of Minneapolis, and Tonya Sanwald of New Lisbon. He was preceded in death by his special brothers, Danny, Josh and Cecil, sisters, Cindy, Quisha, Ashley and Christina, grandparents, Helma and Vernald Parsneau and Alice and Lee Germanson.
A special thank-you to Denise, John, Jenn and Christopher for being at Tony’s side and giving him the love and the party on his way to a better place. Also to Hillview Health Care Center for the wonderful care they provided for Tony. Thank-you!
A gathering for family and friends will be held on Monday, December 7th from 4:30 – 6:30 PM at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral & Cremation Services of La Crosse. Burial will take place at a later date in the Oak Grove Cemetery. Memorials may be given to the Children’s Miracle Network.
