Bridget Anne Brueggen

Bridget Anne Brueggen, 43, of Goodlettsville, TN passed away unexpectedly in her home on September 23, 2015. She was born December 4, 1971 in La Crosse, WI to Ronald and Rita (Arlt) Brueggen and later made her home in Tennessee. For the last 11 years Bridget worked at Skyline Medical Group of Tennessee in Nashville, TN as an ER specialist. Bridget was a loving and caring individual who always looked out for other people less fortunate then herself.
Bridget is survived by her parents; Ronald and Rita (Arlt) Brueggen of Onalaska, sister; Rachel Brueggen of Knoxville, TN, nephews; Logan Brueggen and Landon Stiles of Knoxville, TN and by her beloved dog, Dixon.
Bridget is further survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins; Rudy (Kay) Arlt Jr. of Onalaska, WI, Mary Arlt of La Crosse, WI, Margaret and Tony Spalla Sr. of De Soto, WI, Dick (Ann ) Arlt of La Crosse, WI, Tom (Linda) Arlt of Onalaska, WI, Barb (Ken) Herlitzka of La Crosse, WI, Tom Brueggen of La Crosse, WI and Don (Linda) Brueggen of Onalaska, WI.
Bridget was preceded in death by her grandparents; George (Ardell) Brueggen and Rudy (Elsie) Arlt, Sr., cousin; Kenneth Arlt and by godfather and uncle, Joe Arlt.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 a.m. Friday, October 16, 2015 at St. Patrick’s Catholic Church of Onalaska with Rev. Msgr. Steven Kachel officiating. Family and friends may call at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Service of Onalaska, 907 Sand Lake Road on Thursday, October 15 from 5-7 p.m. A rosary will be recited at 5 p.m. Visitation will also be held at the church on Friday morning from 10am until the time of services. Private burial will take place at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorials may be given to the Place of Grace, La Crosse Area Warming Shelters or to the Aquinas Foundation.
