Millie I. Jansky

Millie I. Jansky, 92 of La Crosse passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2015 at the Onalaska Care Center. She was born July 14, 1923 in Chaseburg, WI to Albert and Hulda (Johnson) Larson. On February 8, 1947 she married Richard Jansky in La Crosse and he preceded her in death on August 8, 1999.
Millie is survived by her two daughters; Debra Degenhardt and Denise Walker both of Onalaska; four grandchildren; Kristin (Pat) Paradise, Ryan Walker, Jason Degenhardt and Jeremy (Jessica) Degenhardt; seven great-grandchildren, Alex, Parker, Elayna, Maycie, Tysen, Jaida and Jameson; a sister, Lorraine Hansen of La Crosse, along with several nieces and nephews.
In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by her parents and nine brothers and sisters; Donna, Esther, Hazel, Avis, Lloyd, Arvid, Leslie, Norman and Milton.
Funeral services will be held at 1:00 P.M. Monday, July 27th at St. Paul’s Lutheran Church, 420 West Ave. S. La Crosse with Rev. Dr. Dennis Johnson officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends may call at the church on Monday from Noon until the time of services.
