Steven F. Opdahl

Steven F. Opdahl, 57, of La Crosse, passed away on Saturday, July 4, 2015 in his home. He was born in La Crosse, Wisconsin on May 24, 1958 to Edward and Carol (Lawrence) Opdahl. He had worked at Mayo Health System in La Crosse in building maintenance. Steve loved to go deer hunting.
He is survived by his parents, two grandchildren Hallie and Emma, two sisters Kathleen Pervin and Linda Hackbart both of La Crosse, nieces and nephew Angela (Christopher) Vail of Rochester, MN, Jennifer Pervin and Ryan Pervin both of La Crosse, two great nephews Cole and Kaden Vail. He was preceded in death by his maternal and paternal grandparents and a brother-in-law, Theodore Pervin..
A memorial service will be held at 11:00 AM on Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at the Schumacher – Kish Funeral & Cremation Services, 200 West Ave. S., La Crosse. Msgr. Charles Stoetzel will officiate. In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
