Judith Ann Sutter

Judith Ann “Judy” Sutter, 77, of La Crosse, passed away at her home on Monday, July 6, 2015.
She was born in La Crosse on April 24, 1938, to Virgil V. and Florence L. (Nelson) Russell. She was raised in Onalaska and was a 1956 graduate of Onalaska High School. In her free time, Judy enjoyed watching sports of all kinds and was an avid Packer fan.
Judy is survived by two sons, Eric Peterson of La Crosse and Paul (Jana) Peterson of Watauga, Texas; one daughter, Barbara; seven grandchildren, Brooklynn, Brynn, P.J., Reanna, Taunia, BobbieJo, and Gary; ten great grandchildren; a sister, Jayne (Chuck) Grupa of Winona, Minn.; a brother, Steven (Connie) Russell of Holmen; a special sister-in-law and friend, Carol Russell of La Crosse; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Jean Dostal, in 2001 and a brother, Thomas Russell, in 1997.
A memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, July 13th, at Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services, 200 West Ave. So., La Crosse. Pastor David Leistekow will officiate. Family and friends may call from 1:00 p.m. until the time of service on Monday at the funeral home.
