Pamela Ann Bashaw, 58 of Stoddard died on Wednesday, March 4, 2015 at the Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse. She was born June 20, 1956 in Rochester, MN to DuWayne and Grace (Hallaway) Kramer. On November 26, 1977 she married Peter Bashaw in Rochester.
Pamela was a loving wife and mother. She loved playing cards and taking care of children. Pamela had worked as a day care provider for many years. She had also worked for the Head Start Program in Dodge Center, MN, at numerous fast food restaurants and for the lunch program at Lincoln Middle School in La Crosse.
In addition to her husband Peter, she is survived by a son, Anthony Bashaw of Stoddard; two sisters, Penny Lawrence and Debra Kramer (Rod Lawman) both of Rochester, MN; three brothers, Randy (Lori) Kramer of St. Charles, MN, Terry (Janice) Kramer and Dan Kramer both of Rochester; two brothers-in-law, John (Lois) Bashaw of La Crescent, MN and Tom (Mary Ann) Bashaw of Onalaska, WI; five sisters-in-law, Elaine (Jerry) Grossbach of La Crosse, Evelyn Kramer of La Crescent, MN, Susan Gallagher of La Crosse, Renee Druliner of Holmen, WI and Grace Bashaw of La Crosse; along with many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and great-great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; paternal grandparents, Waldon and Carrie Kramer; maternal grandparents, Hubert and Myrtle Hallaway; four brothers-in-law, Robert, Paul, and Daniel Bashaw and Clarence Kramer and a sister-in-law, Sr. Barbara Bashaw, OSB.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:30 AM Tuesday, March 10th at Mary, Mother of the Church Parish at St. Thomas More Catholic Church, 2006 Weston Street, La Crosse with Rev. Brian D. Konopa officiating. Friends and family may call on Monday from 4-7 PM at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services, La Crosse Chapel, 200 West Ave. S. where a prayer service will be held at 4:00 PM, and again at the church on Tuesday from 9:30 AM until the time of services. Memorials are suggested to Mary, Mother of the Church Parish.
