Barbara Jean Sherry

Barbara J. Sherry, 65, of Onalaska, died on Thursday, November 13, 2014, at the Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center.

She was born in La Crosse on June 22, 1949, to William and Violet Winterfield) Fagan. She attended La Crosse schools and was a 1967 graduate of Logan High School, and later received her Associate Degree from W.W.T.I.

Barbara was employed as the office manager at Lift Truck Specialists in La Crosse for 20 years. She also served in the Naval Reserves for 30 years. In her free time, Barbara enjoyed bowling and doing ceramics.

She is survived by a daughter, Kimberly Sherry and her children, Kassandra, Carissa and Cody; a son, Kevin Mitchelle, and his children, Tara, Josh, Sabrina, Jessica and Rebecca; four great grandchildren; two sisters, Melinda Fagan and Kelley Fagan; four brothers, Michael Fagan, Barry (Collette) Fagan, Daniel (Betty) Fagan, and Jeff (Judy) Fagan; a sister-in-law, Diane Fagan; and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, William Fagan and Violet Fagan Erickson; her first husband, John Storey; and two brothers, David Fagan and Patrick Fagan.
