Peter W. Lepsch

Peter W. Lepsch, 75, of La Crescent, Minnesota passed away on Thursday, October 16, 2014 at his home. He was born on August 20, 1939 in La Crosse, Wisconsin to Frank and Anna (Mehren) Lepsch. He served with the U.S. Navy from November 1961 - November 1967 on the USS Little Rock. He married Sharon Schlegel on April 15, 1972 in Hokah, Minnesota.
He is survived by his wife Sharon, a daughter Melissa Lepsch of Winona, MN, two sons Jeff (Angie) Lepsch of Winona, MN and their children Carter, Kyra and Sawyer and Joe (Nicole) Lepsch of La Crosse, WI and their son Noah, four sisters Kathleen Michel, Angeline (James) Gschwind, Phyllis (Donald) Molzahn, Mary (Thomas) Tenant, two brothers Paul (Barbara) Lepsch and Bob (Rose) Lepsch, his mother-in-law Eleanor Hogue, two sisters-in-law Mary (Duane) Forer and Rita Schlegel, one brother-in-law Jack (Fran) Schlegel along with many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, two sisters Beatrice Mueller and Patricia Fitzpatrick and one brother William Lepsch. Pete dearly loved his grandchildren and will be greatly missed by all his family. “We love you Pete.”
In keeping with Pete’s wishes there will be no services. The Schumacher – Kish Funeral & Cremation Services, La Crescent Chapel is assisting the family.
