David M. Page

David Marvin Page, 70, passed away on Sunday, August 17, 2014, at the Mayo Clinic Health System in La Crosse. He was born in La Crosse on July 9, 1944, to Marvin and Evelyn (Alderman) Page.

David voluntarily enlisted in the U.S. Army and served with the 221st Signal Company (Pictorial) with pride and distinction. He served in the Vietnam War during the Tet Offensive and was awarded the National Defense Service Medal, the Vietnam Campaign Medal and the Vietnam Service Medal. David had been employed by Voss & Sons Construction in La Crescent for over 30 years.

He is survived by one daughter and son-in-law and three grandchildren; one son; two brothers; one sister; and nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents and one sister.

A private family graveside service with military honors was held at Woodlawn Cemetery. Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services of La Crosse assisted the family.
