Stephen T. Coady

Stephen T. Coady, 66, of Menomonie and formerly of La Crosse, passed away on Saturday, August 23, 2014 at the Red Cedar Medical Center in Menomonie, WI. Steve was born in La Crosse on August 5, 1948 to James and Kathleen (Bock) Coady. Steve graduated from La Crosse Logan High School in 1966. On October 11, 1975 he married Cynthia M. Wells at the Cathedral of St. Joseph the Workman in La Crosse. Steve was a devoted husband and father and a hard-working employee for Interstate Roofing for 25 years. In his free time he enjoyed gardening and spending time with his family.
Steve is survived by his daughters, Jessica (John) Rowe of Menomonie and Abby (Nolan) Northup of Phoenix, AZ, his grandchildren, Brennan Rowe and Sophia, George and Stella Northup, two sisters, Joan (Mike) Gazeley of La Crosse and Mary Coady of La Crosse, a brother Mike (Terri) Coady of Onalaska, and many nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his wife Cindi, his parents, James and Kathleen, and a brother Jim.
Memorial services will be held on Thursday, August 28, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral & Cremation Services of La Crosse. Rev. Peter Raj will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 10:00 AM until the time of services.
