Elizabeth Henthorn

Beth enjoyed cooking, crafts, crocheting, taking walks and spending time with her family. She especially enjoyed caring for her cat Baby whom she loved dearly.

Beth is survived by her daughters Courtney (John) Craig of La Crosse, Jessica (David) Ast of West Salem, her mother Betty (Lenny) Ambrose of La Crosse, one brother Harold (Karmen) Oldenburg of Onalaska, one sister Heather (Jeff) Hutschenreuter of La Crosse, three grandchildren, Tina, Sampson and Aaron, three step brothers and several nieces and nephews including her nephew Jake who she was very fond of.

She was preceded in death by her paternal and maternal grandparents and her father Lyndon Oldenburg.

The family would like to express special thanks to Butch and Kathy Luedke and Jim and Phyllis Luedke for their care and support throughout Beths illness. Beth also wished to give special thanks to her step father Lenny Ambrose for his care and compassion and also to the staff at the Gundersen Lutheran Medical Center.

Beths wit and sense of humor will be greatly missed. At her request, Beth will be cremated and there will be a memorial service at a later date. The Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home Funeral Home of La Crosse is assisting the family.
