Lloyd Arenz

Lloyd Arenz, 64, went to Gods heavenly home on Saturday, March 3, 2012. Lloyd was born on April 11, 1947 in La Crosse to Ervin and Leona (Hundt) Arenz. As a boy he loved to play basketball when he wasnt busy doing his paper route. He was an avid sports fan of the Green Bay Packers and the Wisconsin Badgers. Lloyd was employed for thirty years in Maintenance at UW-La Crosse, retiring four years ago.

He is survived by two brothers, Jerome (Pat) Arenz of Onalaska and Gerald (Marilyn) Arenz of La Crosse, four sisters, Marcy Hutschenreuter of La Crosse, Arlene (Bill) Butler of La Crosse, Patricia Arenz of La Crosse and Rose Ann (Cliff) Copus of Green Bay, and numerous nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by a brother Mike Arenz, a brother-in-law Gordon Hutschenreuter, and a sister-in-law, Mary Ann Arenz.

Memorial services will be held on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at 2:00 PM at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home of La Crosse. Pastor Ted Dewald will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home on Wednesday from 1:00 PM until the time of services.
