Marilyn Louise Arenz

She was born in La Crosse on April 2, 1942, to Edward and Margaret (Pierce) Lehman. She was happily married to her best friend, Gerald H. Arenz for 48 years and they had three children.

Marilyn enjoyed being a grandmother and a great-grandmother. She also had a passion for gardening and especially loved camping with her family. Marilyn and Gerald enjoyed traveling to casinos in their spare time.

Marilyn will be sadly missed by all. In addition to her husband, Jerry, she is survived by two daughters, Lori (Chris) Harris of La Crosse and Kim Arenz of Irmo, S.C.; grandchildren, Tara Arenz, Ashley Ruppel, and Nicholas Ruppel; great grandchildren, Kiarra, Mikey, and Bentley; and one brother, Vince Lehman of La Crosse. She was preceded in death by her parents; a brother, Jerry Lehman; and her son, Kevin Arenz.

Funeral services will be held on Friday, March 23thrdth, at 11:00 a.m., at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home, 200 West Ave. So., La Crosse. Rev. Robert A. Schaller will officiate. Burial will follow in the Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home on Thursday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m., and again on Friday from 10:00 a.m. until the time of service.
