Helen J Gilles

She is survived by her husband Bill, a daughter Teresa (Richard) Walter of La Crescent, three sons, Jim (Anne) Gilles of Rochester, MN, Joe (Anne) Gilles of Brighton, Mich., and Mike (Joan) Gilles of Ridgeway, MN, 20 grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren, and a sister, Teresa Schultz of Galesville, WI. She was preceded in death by a brother, John Schultz, and four sisters, Frances Schultz, Anna Strentz, Wanda Schultz and Rose Bowman.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Friday, March 30th, 2012 at 10:30 AM at the Church of The Crucifixion, La Crescent. Rev. Gregory Havel will officiate. Burial will be in the Crucifixion Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home of La Crescent of Thursday from 5:00 7:00 PM and at the church on Friday from 9:30 AM until the time of services. Memorials may be given to the La Crescent Library.
