Kent N Rotering

Kent is survived by his wife, Mary, their daughter Angie (Scott)Rhodes of Mt. Pleasant, WI; his mother Rosemary Rotering of Buffalo City, WI; brothers John Rotering of Buffalo City, WI and Francis (Sandy) Rotering of Aledo,Texas; a sister, Kristine McCain of Winona, MN;nieces Brook Rotering, Aubre Rotering, Lily Rotering, nephews Ben and Lance Rotering; as well as two great nieces.

The battle Kent faced for the past four years showed his strength and deep strong Faith and courage. He waged a strong fight and managed to continue to work while in treatment. The family wishes to thank the medical personal at Mayo both in La Crosse & Rochester, especially Dr. Molling; Dr. Gill; Dr. VanNorstrand, the staff of the Cancer Center and Hospice who have provided quality, concerned care.

A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 10:00 AM Monday, June 18th at the Cathedral of St. Joseph the Cathedral, 530 Main Street, La Crosse with Rev. Charles Stoetzel officiating and Rev. Robert Cook as homilist. Entombment with military honors will follow in St. Francis of Assisi Mausoleum, Catholic Cemetery. Friends and family may call on Sunday from 4-7 PM at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home, 200 West Ave. S., La Crosse where a prayer service will be held at 4:00 PM; and again at the church on Monday from 9:00 AM until the time of services.

Memorials are preferred and will be given to various charities by the family in Kents name.
