He is survived by three daughters, Patricia (Ron) Jacobson of Clatskanie, OR, Kay (David) Pfaff of Mindoro, and Nancy (Rodney) Johnson of Westby, two sons, Joseph Weiker of West Salem and Raymond (Pat) Weiker of La Crosse, ten grandchildren, Lisa Shuman, Tod (Angela) Jacobson, Bradley (Kelly) Hundt, Danielle (Alan) Spors, Christopher Pfaff, Stephanie(Jason) Berklund, Jason (Cary) Johnson, Kelly Weiker, Brandi (Steve) Jensen, and Aaron (Chelsea) Weiker, 27 great-grandchildren, a sister Lucille Kreibich of La Crescent, three sisters-in-law, Dorothy Wuensch, Dorothy Blum and Marcella Weiker, all of La Crosse, a brother-in-law, Bill Blum of Holmen, and many nieces and nephews. John was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Helen, his brother Jerome and infant brothers, Joseph, Leo and Eugene, a sister, Marie J. Allen, five brothers-in-law, Clarence Kreibich, Ralph Blum, Arthur Blum, Durward Allen and Marcellus Wuensch, and two sisters-in-law, Beverly Blum and Dorothy Blum.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, June 23thrdth, 2012 at 10:00 AM at St. Josephs Catholic Church, St. Joseph Ridge. Msgr. Robert Hundt will officiate. Entombment will be in the Garden of Peace Mausoleum, Mormon Coulee Memorial Park. Friends may call at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home of La Crosse on Friday from 5:00 7:00 PM and at the church on Saturday from 9:00 AM until the time of services. A Rosary will be recited Friday evening at 6:30 PM.
