He is survived by his father Carl, a sister Debra (Rollin) Wagner, a brother Ken, nieces, nephews and their families, and his ex-wife Sue. He was preceded in death by his mother Carol, and his three Beagles, Polly, Nikki, and Shelly.

In accordance with Jeffs wishes, his body will be cremated. Memorial services will be held on Saturday, August 18th, 2012 at 3:00 PM at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home of La Crosse. Rev. Rick Roberts will officiate. Friends may call at the funeral home on Saturday from 2:00 PM until the time of services.
