Her joy in life was her children, grandchildren and great grandchildren. Until she was unable to, she was always baking chocolate chip cookies for them. She was very proud of all her crafts, beadwork and afghans. She also enjoyed helping Janet with research on the family tree. They spent many hours reading records and walking cemeteries looking for information. The family would especially like to thank her special niece Doris Castro for all the love and care she has given to her, and thanks to Arlene and the staff at Shelby Terrace and the staff at Bethany St Joseph for their care and attention.
