David W Anderson

David W. Anderson, 70 of La Crosse passed away at his home on Thursday, October 11, 2012. He was born February 23, 1942 in La Crosse to Paul and Renatha (Kienholz) Anderson and graduated from Central High School. Dave had worked as a machinist in La Crosse and later worked for Fleming Foods for many years.

On November 8, 1997 he married Gail (McAlear) Furlano in La Crosse. Dave enjoyed spending time with his grandchildren, hunting and fishing and making brass bead presses.

In addition to his wife Gail he is survived by his step-children; Brenda (Doug) Zumdahl of Plainfield, IL; Brent Furlano of Madison and Bridget (Erick) Scalissi of Oregon, WI; 7 grandchildren, Garrick, Giana, Kaelyn, Quentin, Izzy, Brooklyn and Brittain; along with several cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and a step-son, B.J. Furlano.

A memorial visitation will be held from 2-4 P.M. Sunday, October 14th at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral Home of La Crosse.
