Clark G. Bluske, 80 of rural Genoa, passed away at his home on Friday, January 4, 2013. He was born in La Crosse on December 23, 1932 to Hubert and Mildred (Gardner) Bluske. On April 1, 1951 Clark married Janice Chesney in Delafield, WI, and they divorced in 1970. Together they had Eight children. Later he married Edythe Dolf in Duluth, MN, on June 11, 1977. They divorced in 1991. Clark had worked as a salesman for Frito Lay Inc. for 35 years retiring as District Manager in 1989. The river life and family get togethers at Eagles Cliff were always very dear to him. He also enjoyed the company of his two dogs Jesse and Molly.
Clark is survived by his children; Jeff (Angie) Bluske of Onalaska, WI, Steve Bluske of La Crosse, Bob (Kathy) Bluske of Sheboygan, WI, Jyl (John) Neis of Hillsborough, CA, David Bluske of Jordan, MN, Julie (Vinnie) Johnson of Boulder Creek, CA, Seventeen grandchildren and twenty three great grandchildren. In addition to his parents, Clark was preceded in death by one daughter Jayne, one son Daniel, two sisters Betty and Bonnie and two brothers Billy and Bobbie.
Memorial services will be held at 11 am on Thursday, January 10, 2013 at Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Service of La Crosse. Pastor Ted Dewald will officiate. Private family burial will take place at a later date. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Thursday morning from 10 am until the time of services. In lieu of flowers, memorials are preferred.
