Phil often expressed his deep gratitude for the care extended to him by his physician, Dr. Scott Cunningham. His family would like to extend their heartfelt thanks to Dr. Cunningham, his nurse, Deb, and the 9th Floor staff at Mayo Clinic Health System for their wonderful and compassionate care. A special thank you goes to Sharon and to Phils granddaughter, Jenna, who assisted him at home when needed. Your help was very much appreciated.
