Darrell Robinson

Darrell Robinson, 84 of La Crosse died on Saturday, August 17, 2013 at the Lakeview Healthcare Center in West Salem. He was born March 27, 1929 in La Crosse to Floyd and Helen (Suesmith) Robinson. Darrell married Arlene Huetzenbuehler in La Crosse and they later divorced. He then married Dorie Peterson in La Crosse and they later divorced. Darrell had worked for many years as a baker at Harveys Bakery and later at Ericksons Bakery until his retirement in 1994. He very much enjoyed carpentry work, the Green bay Packers and the Milwaukee Brewers.

Darrell is survived by a daughter, Kathy Grady of Phoenix, AZ; four sons James Robinson of La Crosse, Dennis Robinson of Merrill, WI, Joe Robinson of Cable, WI and Mike (Susan) Robinson of Trempealeau, WI; 14 grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren, 4 sisters and a brother. He was preceded in death by his parents, a son, Richard Rick Robinson on May 27, 2005, two brothers, Dale and Donald, and a sister, Joyce.

Memorial services will be held at 10:30 AM Monday, August 26th at the Schumacher-Kish Funeral and Cremation Services of La Crosse with Rev. Robert Schaller officiating. Burial will follow in Woodlawn Cemetery. Friends and family may call at the funeral home on Monday from 9:30 AM until the time of services.
