Patrick A Fagan

Patrick A. Duke Fagan, 62 of La Crosse, passed away at his home on Monday, May 5, 2014. He was born in La Crosse on November 3, 1951 to William and Violet (Winterfield) Fagan. On March 4, 2004 he married Cynthia M. Burfield. Duke had deep ties to the La Crosse brewing heritage having worked for the G. Heileman Brewing Co. for 24 years then owning and operating Fog Lifter Bar for five years with Cindy. He had also worked as a truck driver for several years. The Duke of Pearl will be remembered for his social, outgoing and friendly nature who was dearly loved by his family and many friends.

In addition to his wife Cindy of La Crosse he is survived by his step children Sally Schuldt, Tyler Gilbertson, Cora (Gilberto) Gilbertson-Matias all of La Crosse; three grandchildren, David Schuldt, Casey Gilbertson, Landon Gilbertson-Matias. He is further survived by his siblings, Barb Sherry, Mike Fagan, Dan (Betty) Fagan, Jeff (Judy) Fagan, Barry (Collette) Fagan, Melinda Fagan, Kelley Fagan and one sister in law Diane Fagan. In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by one brother David Fagan.

Memorial services will be held at 1:30 PM on Saturday, May 10, 2014 at Olivet Beacon of Light Lutheran Church on French Island. Pastor David Baldukas will officiate. Burial in the Oak Grove Cemetery will take place at a later date. Friends may call on the family Saturday from 12:30 PM until the time of services.
